My motorhome broke down 700 miles from home on a 2,200 mile trip in Twin Falls Idaho.I had engine oil all over the engine compartment. Neil adviced me that it was likely the front main seal of the motor(Toyota 22RE).Neil gave me a cost breakdown of the parts/labor and a brief destription of the procedure required.His day was completley booked so I elected to change out all the parts myself on the side of a parts store parking lot. I was unable to torque the crank bolt down to the required 160 ft lbs as the vehicle is an automatic. I drove back to Palmer's Auto and asked if he could help me torque the bolt down. He paused his work and helped me out with no hint of iritation over me basically wasting his time/money. Upon leaving I asked him for a card so I could leave this review. I am home

Neil is an honest, trustworthy mechanic, with a fair shop rate. Work warranty is exceptional, although I don’t expect to use it! If my friends have problems, I’m sending them to Palmer’s.
