Palmetto Chevrolet Service

I scheduled two appointments at 2pm. One appointment was for an emissions problem. The other appointment was for routine maintenance when you hit 22,500 miles. When I arrived like always the service people at the desk were busy on the phone so it took awhile before I was helped. When I was finally helped the guy seemed like he couldn't find me in the system. This annoyed me because I book not one but two appointments on the app. I had to explain to him more than once what I was there for and to give hom my name several times. I am a repeat customer and it still seemed like he couldn't find me in the system. He wrote my name and number and my issues on a pice of paper eventually. I had been coming to Palmetto Chevolet for years and was the only shop that had ever touched my truck, but all things come to an end. After sitting there for 11 hours in the waiting room, watching my truck go up and down on the lift to service 4 items that would have only taken a real mechanic 3 hours to perform. When returning home to double-check what was done, I found they had stripped my oil filter , coolant was 2 gallons low, and my transmission was leaking fluid because pan bolts were not even tight from service. I spent the next re doing everything they did and still got charged $1082.00. This shop needs a major overhaul in management or better quality control.

I thought I was suppose to receive pictures of the old filters, but I got none. Other than that, extremely happy with the service, time it took, price and the help that Tiffany provided. Thank you... I'll be back Monday with my other vehicle for routine service.

I called for an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation for my Silverado. When I arrived Jacquie Grimes and Tiffany Potter (Service Advisors) greeted me, and Tiffany wrote up the order. As usual at Palmetto Chevy, the service advisors kept me up to date on the progress of my service as well as many others in the waiting area. My Silverado service was completed in a timely manner. Jacquie and Tiffany are a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable. You can very easily tell that Customer Satisfaction is a top priority for them and Palmetto Chevrolet, Leo Rabon

Everything was smooth. Arrived for my warranty appointment, and was helped right away. Told the service rep what I needed done, and she set it up. All items I requested were performed by the technicians, and in the appropriate amount of time. All extra-charge items were confirmed with me before being applied. Paid my bill and I was on my way.
