Our vehicle was involved in an improper load accident, on 275 in Tampa. The vehicle in front of us didn't have tools secured and a metal squeegee and shovel struck our vehicle several places. I looked through several body shops in the Charleston area and decided on palmetto because of the reviews. When we got back in town it got scheduled and it got worked on. Insurance is a different story but we did not get what we needed and our deductible was never refunded back to us because the other insurance company is comprised of worms. The dealings my wife and I had with the two people at the shop were excellent. I got rear-ended February 13th, and called around to get quotes and dates. Everyone told me May. I called Mike at Palmetto Collision and he told me he could get me in March 15th. I believe in local small business so was not going with a national collision center. Mike and Palmetto collision went above beyond. He communicated every step of the way. Small, Family owned business, and they were amazing to work with. I hope I don't have to use them again, but you can guarantee I will recommend them to anyone.
