Awesome!! Palmetto state RV took care of my repairs and knocked it out of the park. They did what I asked for and fast too. Over the holidays, with Lippert shut down as well, they did body work and replaced/added my awnings. They keep you updated through the entire process. Great people and super easy to deal with. My husband and I are not new to RV ownership, as this is our 4th one. However, what we are new to is the excellent customer service we received from everyone at Palmetto State RV. Tom, Alex, and each of the service technicians went above and beyond to help us get the perfect camper, and ensure everything was just as it should be. When we reached out to them on Sunday about the unit we were interested in, we were told that someone had mistakenly priced that particular model $2k LESS than it should have been, but that they would honor that price. We didn't even have to ask! We had read all the reviews before contacting them, and without even knowing it, Tom had just confirmed all the good things we'd read. Bless these guys. As soon as I arrived I knew i was in excellent hands. I have an older rig with multiple issues which had been seen by 2 shops before. Came here on recommendation from a mobile mechanic and feel grateful to have this resource to get my issues finally resolved without charging an arm and a leg.

Our purchase of. 2025 MPG 2400 PD has been awesome, making memories in the RV. I highly recommend it!! The customer service was fantastic and friendly. There were no pushy salesmen like many other places. No pushy phone calls all day. They listened to what we wanted and helped us find a camper that worked best for our family and budget, which was awesome!!
