Shine On Two 9 Car Wash

WARNING TO CUSTOMERS — DOCUMENT EVERYTHING I brought my 2026 BMW through this car wash and the vehicle exited with visible scratches along the entire right side. These scratches were not present prior to entering the wash. I immediately reported the damage on site. An employee verbally stated he believed the car wash caused the damage. Despite this, the owner refused to accept responsibility, stating the damage “wasn’t that bad” and that no other vehicles were affected. No inspection, claim process, or resolution was offered. For those with new or luxury vehicles, be aware that if damage occurs, you may be left without support or accountability. I strongly recommend documenting your vehicle before and after service or choosing a different car wash.

Always great interaction with staff.(Kevin) Kolby is the manager and considerate. Having the monthly package is great cause I can go as many times as I need to throughout the month. Always stacked with clean towels and supplies! Keep up the good work.

Very nice and clean facility! Kevin was a big help getting my tire aligned to get through the car wash. Vacuum’s work great! Can’t beat the price either.

Just bought a new to me jeep, that was filthy. Have seen this place a million times and decided to stop. My jeep now looks amazing, and the employees there were so sweet,and well mannered, to be young. I appreciate all the help and the cleanliness of my vehicle! Now with the storm coming I can get it dirty and go back again. Need to invest in a membership she told me about.

The attendant greeted me immediately and got me to my first area. Upon exiting the wash, as I was vacuuming my vehicle, she asked if everything was going well and if she could assist me further. I smiled and told her how long I’ve been utilizing these facilities. I told her that every time I come I’m always totally satisfied. She was a friendly girl with great enthusiasm. She’s a keeper.
