This place is great!! Just found out this place will have lifetime nation wide tire warranty program! Will definitely be getting a new set of tires from them. Nick and Cissy are awesome! Great customer service!

Recently decided to get a new car (used vehicle) locally and took it to Palmetto Tire. Arrived later in the afternoon about an Hour & Half from closing time...Palmetto provided excellent service with their Inspection and at a reasonable Price. They did the job and were very helpful with my decision to buy the Vehicle. IF YOU ARE BUYING A VEHICLE BRING IT TO PALMETTO TIRE & AUTO ON WESTMARK IN SUMTER FOR PEACE OF MIND CAR SERVICE !!!

Went here multiple times while working in Sumter. Got some oil changes done and some trouble shooting for car issues. Great service good people what I got done was solid prices. I cant complain, would recommend.

The receptionist was very helpful and detailed. I couldn't get an immediate repair for my car but was scheduled for the following day.

Long review short: 5*’s for everyone at Palmetto Tire. I spoke to 3-4 diff people over course of a week, (I was slow, not them.) Everyone was knowledgable & my phone time was minimal. Quick to answer, fast responses/answers, no holds. Auto expertise is 5*. ALL STAFF @ Palmetto Tire are dependable, trust worthy, knowledgable. Won’t jack you when your situation is vulnerable. 

Everyone I interacted w/ in any manner was courteous, patient, understanding. I made it to Fla that day thanks to the quick action/resources Tim/Palmetto Tire provided. Tim called me next day for permission to perform in depth test, why it was needed / what it will prove, & cost. A few hours later, he delivered the bad news, needed new engine. I told him I needed to speak to my guy in Raleigh 1st.
