I use Palmyra Automotive for all of my mechanical needs. Their prices are reasonable. Scheduling an appointment is easy and I’ve always been satisfied with their service. The staff is friendly, competent and thorough. The drop-off box makes it very convenient for me to leave the vehicle there in the evenings or on weekend days. Good communications as to the progression of service to the car and notifying me before repairing any unforeseen issues.

I took my two vehicles to Palmyra Auto for Oil changes and safety inspections. They performed the services quickly and at a fair price. The staff was friendly and kept me informed when I swapped out the vehicles. I appreciate Palmyra Auto and the service they provide to the community. Highly recommended! This was my first experience with this shop. I will not be using it again. I took my car to get a state inspection. It failed because the door handle wasn't working properly. We asked to them to check it to see what the problem was. AT NO TIME WAS IT MENTIONED THERE WOULD BE A DIAGNOSTIC FEE FOR DOING SO. Needless to say, I was surprised and annoyed when I went to retrieve my car that I was informed that not only did I have to pay the inspection fee, but an additional amount was charged for the diagnostic service. When I asked why weren't we informed beforehand that there would be a diagnostic fee, the response was they weren't required to. My car stopped running and I was panicking and called thinking no way will they be able to help at such short notice and Stephanie was so nice she said bring it here and we will help you!
