TigerWash - Lake Monticello

Update: After posting this review, the Operations Manager reached out and provided excellent customer service. He explained the limitations of touchless systems and offered alternative options. I prefer touchless washes to avoid swirl marks. The rewash with the $16 option still left light dust and dirt behind, but I appreciate the prompt and helpful customer service. Thank you. I visited the Marathon car wash off Turkey Sag Trail and purchased the deluxe wash. Unfortunately, the bottom half of my vehicle—especially the lower doors and rocker panels—was still visibly dirty afterward. I’ve attached photos for reference. This is a convenient location, however it is not always consistent, and often leaves parts of the car unwashed.

Sorry,but my experience was not good. Paid $8 for a basic car wash and my car is still dirty, see photo. Waste of my money.

Hands down best car wash at the lake! Soft touch wash did a great job getting my car clean and the new vacuums are really nice with strong suction. They also have a free air machine if your tires are low. Tiger wash for the win!!!

When they first opened, I bragged to everyone about how clean they got my rims. It never happened again. Now the machines do not clean my tires, wheels or car. They leave brush marks. Today I had to immediately use a quick detail spray and other products to make my car look decent, after leaving this facility. I actually did this in the lot of the other car wash on the other side of the lake. I will not use Tiger again
