Horrible experience. I would rate this a 0 out of 5 if I could. I brought my car in for a break issue and they advised what needed to be fixed. With not being a mechanic myself, I had to trust their diagnostics. I pay, pick up my car, get 30 seconds down the road and have the exact same issue that I was previously having. I go back and was told "no your wrong, it was fixed". After going with a mechanic for a test drive and the mechanic seeing the issue was indeed NOT fixed, I was advised to bring it back the following week and that the breaks "should" work still. When I brought it back, I was told that "there is now a different diagnostic that we never noticed before", on a completely different location of the car and now have to pay to fix this issue, as brakes are required for safety. I have been here for service about 5-6 times but after my last experience I won't be going back. They are nice guys but they will have your car just sit there for many days, even after you make an appt and just not do anything to it. I understand if they are busy but then work your scheduling better. You will call and they say they will start on a certain day, and then you drive by and the car hasn't even been moved. The last time they did a repair and without asking me, installed used parts that were from a salvage lot instead of new parts. They didn't tell me this until I went to pay. In the past three months, both of the parts they installed failed. I broke down on the highway and almost died. I had to pay another 2,300 to get it fixed again elsewhere. Mani and his crew doing excellent work . Honest and reliable , will only do what the car needs , no scamming customer . I remember when i was kid going to this Garage with my dad . Wont take my car and my family van anywhere else .
