Panther Car Wash

Horrible car wash do not use the machine could not give me change and so I called the customer service phone number like instructed and as to no answer call today later finally a man answered after about 20 rings. He asked me the amount that it owed me I told him $9 and he told me he didn't have $9 in his till to call back afternoon. So I waited and I called back and of course it's just busy busy busy and then bring ring ring no answer. Like really dude $9 come on now do you have a bad gambling habit or something? I would say that company was making about $50 a month off of me and now they won't make anything off of me I will go take my business elsewhere. Save yourself the time there's better car washes around Midlothian anyways.

Have used the touchless, soft touch and hand wash. They are all awesome and priced fair! Area is also clean! Who wants to pay over 40 for car wash? 15 here for best wash!!! Will be repeat customer for a long time!!

I go here normally and I haven’t been too disappointed until today. The pressure rinse on the drivers side was stuck spraying only to the passenger side so it didn’t rinse well at all. I paid $15 for soft touch wash and my wheels weren’t even touched or sprayed down. Hopefully someone reads this and is nice enough to get me a redo wash because this is unacceptable.

Visited the car wash today as I do often but the quality is becoming poorer each week. I will drive a little further for the new car wash on 287 in the future. I paid for the most expensive package and there was ZERO soap in the wash, my car is still dirty, and there’s no number that answers or takes a voicemail. Please understand my car is washed every weekend so to be clear, my new Honda Accord was not that dirty to begin with, it just wasn’t any cleaner after leaving the car wash and it was still wet as the dryer is useless and it has muddy streaking all over it now. To top it off I waited 20 min to use the car wash because there was only one out of three stalls operating. I’m guessing that’s why there was ZERO soap. First time using this car wash and it’s my last. The machinery looks cool, results lackluster. For the time and money you use, you’re better off going somewhere else. Very disappointed and do not recommend.
