Richard is a very honest mechanic. He's got a "country boy" mannerism. Very hospitable. He is very quick and informative. I've been bringing my vehicles to him for service and repairs for the past few years. He doesn't waste your time or money. If it's not worth fixing he will let you know. I purchased a value card from a door salesperson and was happy to hear it was valid. Used it for the first time today for a free oil change and fluid top off. I drive a 2011 Prius and paid a little extra beyond the free service for full synthetic, which is fine by me. The customer service I was given and quick turn around time was awesome.
