Kenworth In federal way has went about and beyond for me and my truck. Truck went in with a major catastrophic engine failure on a paccar mx 13 epa 10 but if anybody knows this motor is almost obsolete and very few know how to work on it and diagnose it they did the rebuild on it. Things after the rebuild that was not addressed during the rebuild became an issue now with my education as not only as a truck driver but also a military background in driving trucks and also working along side of the mechanics but I also graduated from high school with an ASE certification I have vast experience and knowledge in engines. Contacted the service department for a quote for an oil change. Was initially hung up on by the phone system. Called back and was passed to parts. I provided my make/model/vin for a quote along with contact information. I never received a quote or a callback. I guess they weren't interested in my business.

Let me tell you about my experience here 🤣 We went in for what was supposed to be a few routine repairs and a crank seal. Obviously, in trucks that get worked hard, we found quite a few other issues. The team here worked under a tight deadline to get us on the road and got the repairs completed within about 2 days, which is actually pretty quick considering all that was done on 2 trucks. Things kinda went sideways when about 40 miles out the crank started leaking again. This is where they came through! Yeah, it sucks to have to make the call the the repair wasn't correct, but these folks stood behind their work, hunkered down and sent a service team to the field to redo the crank seal.
