I would not come here.... I've sat here for 4 days after these people told me they would get me in a fix me right up Monday morning.... then tthursday morning get kicked out after being parts and having service work done that still is incomplete! Literally yelled and shunned at by old man crooked leg inside! He's in charge here..... a yessamaster! If you need water or a hand to get to a motel..... nope! They have 5 parts cars, will not let you use one to run to a gasststion! Pitiful if you ask me.... and kenworth dealerships are usually very helping...... not this one!! Stay away if you can, rush truck centers is way gooder! ✌️✌️

They will get you for every penny. I came in for a Purge Valve part# 4324139292 and was charged $233.44 tax $20.43 total $253.87. Everyone else is $50.00 to $100.00, but they know they can get it cause it was a Saturday and I was stuck. Next time Ill rent a car and drive anywhere else. This is why Owner Operators are broke.

Great bunch of guys, they were nice enough to get me in on a Saturday, which usually is a catch up day for the weeks work, but a simple air bag change out became a heating things up with a torch to get things removed took 4 hours, then later in the week I needed aluminum welding done, KW’s tech was gone so Red referred me to another customer outlet who completed the job, Omahatrack/ Iron Junction are not local, so to do business with a honest and upfront decision making company is greatly appreciated, they could have just said sorry we’re booked until next week, which unfortunately since Covid-19’s the employees they do have are stressed and overwhelmed and need time to reenergize, so be patient, nice and respectful thinking of others.

Try to fix any issues you have your self unless you want them to west your time it took them a week to change transmission ecu wich take a few hours every where else may be 24 hrs if they're not holding the part Worst service ever And they only work 8 hrs a day wich they spend most of the hrs on break just to fill the requirement

Don’t ever bring a truck in with a broken clutch linkage. It’s physically impossible for them to get it done.
