I have never had the most amazing experience and the most honesty from a mechanic. I came to Paradise 72 Automotive because my brother-in-law recommended their services. Before I went to Paradise 72 Automotive I had went to another mechanic prior. They took advantage of me and lied to me about a part I didn't even need to fix my check engine light for inspection. They kept telling me I needed to get my Catholic converter replaced when all along it was only The flex pipe underneath my car passing the sensor that goes to the catholic converter. If it wasn't for Paradise 72 Automotive's honesty and the willingness to help people in need. I wouldn't have a vehicle right now. I will continue all my car services with Paradise 72 Automotive and I thank you so much for your warm heart and bein

Took my vehicle in for inspection and to have a new muffler and tailpipe installed. I received a phone call telling me my vehicle failed inspection.. I was told the frame of my vehicle was "too far gone" because of rust. You would think that they would call me and ask if I still wanted them to follow through with installing the new muffler and tailpipe. But they did not. They installed the muffler and tailpipe anyway. When I asked about this I was told that they were sorry and they should've called and asked me. So I ended up paying for the new muffler and tailpipe to be installed along with the cost of a failed inspection. Doesnt make a whole lot of sense to install a new muffler and tailpipe on a vehicle thats headed to a junkyard does it? Lesson learned.

Small shop that’s local and convenient. The owner worked hard to address my issues and get me back on the road. Excellent customer service, will return.
