Paradise Auto Wash

5 stars to the owner of Paradise Car Wash. Machines are unreliable but the character of this man is commendable. Withing 10 minutes of my previous review ; I received a reply online to my public post, I reached out to him via the info. he provided and in less than 5 minutes, I was speaking to the owner, directly. He, completely understanding, respectful & kind, with forth coming apologies, had offered me a complete refund, took accountability, not only for himself but the machines we have no control over. 🥇🇺🇲⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you! Paid for the highest quality/level wash on my debit card, as I was prompted Into the machine,It just kept telling me to pull forward and back up Several times, Until the machine finally reset with my car inside, Without Ever receivingThe car wash that I paid for.

I'm Costumer of this car wash for the last 20 years. It's super clean, good water pressure and vaccum machines work good. The only bad thing and I gonna give a sugestion, is about the automatic car wash. Needs place a sign to let costumers know they need to wait until the car of front of them move completely out of the machine before they put the money. It's keep making profit , but not give the service . I'm witnessed of some costumers getting mad because the automatic car wash took their money. It's happened once to me and I claimed my $12 car wash in the drop box but never have a feedback from the management. If they fix this would be perfect 5 stars.

I used their new automatic car wash today and was so not impressed. I’m not sure if they’re still working out the kinks or what, but the sensor wasn’t reading my car, kept telling me to pull up and then back up. A maintenance guy/ employee came over to guide me, but was just rude about it. Actually yelled at me to stop at one point when I wasn’t intentionally moving, something moved me. And I almost got stuck trying to get to the dryer part, not sure what that was about. I do have a small car but something didn’t feel right. Wasn’t a fan. Which is a shame because I live near it. Hopefully they improve in the future.

Worst car wash I have stopped at in many years. As a former truck driver and long time traveler, I have been to a lot but this one in North Fort Myers is the worst!

This place is terrible. If you've used a proper prewash/ bug remover, you'd see it actually starts to dissolve bugs and grease on contact... not here... it does nothing. The owner was there and told me that it takes a really long time to come out. What a joke
