Paradise Falls Car Wash Powder Springs

Now wait two minutes! Why was this experience like no other I’m usually at the Austell location-but we happen to be in this area. We stopped by here and mannnn-this location is d’bessst! Clean! The wash is different (my truck looked cleaner), they were stocked with supplies (I’m so sure the Austell location members* steal the supplies! But the best part is the vacuum cleaners & how they are set up. It just makes sense! The vacuums work! They cleaned my mats & floors really well. Hello Austell, you must make some much needed upgrades and or changes because this will be a new favorite spot of minessss. I’ll need to tell my crew to take the drive & see if it’s worth it. Powder springs may have a new customer (although I know you all are one* in the same*) but!!! Thank you PS-paradise

I really hope they address an issue that brought to their attention. For the last couple of visits after going through the wash I noticed that there is a hazy film left on the car. I have a black car so it is very noticeable. The first time I spent a lot of time rubbing it off. This time I went to their competitors wash to get it off. Maybe they'll fix the issue, maybe they won't. I am a unlimited customer. I go every week

I’m an active member at the Powder Springs location. I love the kids who work here…they’re polite, friendly and helpful. The management team is great! However—-I HATE all this Halloween stuff this time of year. It’s DEMONIC and goes against my beliefs. It’s one thing to decorate the outside, but I feel like they are CRAMMING IT DOWN MY THROAT when I’m forced to go through the entrance with the decorations dragging on my car, and then inside the actual wash, all the FLASHING LIGHTS with figures of ghosts on my windshield. I like to just wash my car and leave, if I don’t like the outside decorations…but forcing me to see it inside is unacceptable!! I think it’s ridiculous that grown adults WHO PAY FOR THIS SERVICE are FORCED to go through this!!! By the way…those flashing lights inside the c

My favorite car wash, hands down. I have a membership and it's so worth it. I love that it has an air compressor at each station, good vacs and a carpet shampoo station. Also the guys will pay special attention before you enter, if you have a spot of bird poo or something, just tell them and they'll scrub it first before you go in so it's spotless. I tried other car washes when all the car washes showed up in Hiram. They were not near as good..... The spray cleaners, vacuums, everything is always there and ready to be used whereas some of the other places would have a clogged vacuum or missing the cleaning sprays or out of cloth s, it seemed hit or miss when I was going to the other places where as it's always right at Paradise!
