Paradise Island Auto Spa - Hand Car Wash

This was my first time using this car wash, and unfortunately it was a terrible experience. My car was washed very poorly and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned at all when I drove it out. It honestly needed to be washed all over again. The job was extremely superficial, and I had to fix their mistakes myself afterward. For a first visit, this was very disappointing and frustrating. I definitely would not recommend this place.

This is my third time coming in since the ownership changed, one positive is that the prices are a few dollars lower and if they have time they do a few minor things that are courtesy. I usually do the packages but have stuck with exterior washes because I am not familiar with the new crew and their work and Im glad I listened to my instincts. I would've been highly upset to spend $60 for below average quality. I will say they are very inconsistent and the workers are not on the same page. First time I came in after the change, everything went well. Second time very inconsistent, the guys sprayed the door jams on the right side but not the left side. Also, they sprayed a lot of water inside my trunk while spraying down the inside which wet everything in my trunk. Third time, I came in on a

When I say, I been to many car washes all over nyc, I mean it. From the car washes on Jerome Ave in the bronx to the ones in Utica Ave in Brooklyn to the ones in Washington heights! This is LITERALLY THE BEST CAR WASH EVER!!! It's hand wash and quick. The customer service is excellent! It was easy, good service, good wash and only $30. Worth going to!!!

Paradise Island Auto Spa is hands down one of the best car washes I’ve been to. The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and they really pay attention to the details. My car came out looking spotless and shining like new. Definitely recommend it if you want quality and care in your car wash experience. 10/10.

I rolled in with a filthy truck from the winter storms we had along with a drive from New Hampshire back to the Island during a snow storm. First time customer and I will be back! The team here took their time and that's what you want to see. It's cold out and these guys were not phased at all in getting wet. They must be miserable staying soaked all day but you couldn't tell. They are focused on the task at hand. They also have an accessory to do undercarriage wash down. Great work, truck came out mint. Exterior wash only, oversized vehicle and $40 bucks. I don't think you can beat that anywhere. Would have paid more but that's where you stuff the tip box a little extra heavy!
