Paradise Valley Car Wash and Detail Center

Car wash Scratched my car . Also the self cleaning stole $12.50 No way to get any money back. I put $5 in , then it said to add more money, stupid me I put Another $5 , only for the machine asking for even more . I put another $1. Then it asked for another $1.25. And it worked for only 4 minutes . Ridiculous

Went this morning and the machine ate half the quarters that were put into the machine, added more to get to $4.00. Again not all were counted properly, were out of quarters to try adding more. No number to contact owners to try to get a refund or make a complaint.

This place is an absolute disgrace, lost 6 dollars today 12/16/25 because the spray hose was frozen solid and yet the bay was not blocked off like the other 2 that were also frozen solid. No one in the office of course and the one bay that was working took paper money and register no time. This place needs to be shut down and the owners cited for theft. I found a cone and blocked the bay so that others wouldn't be robbed as well.

This guy was is a complete junk. Don’t spend your money. There is better places thanks.

I just tried getting a car wash at their route 611 building and ended up not getting one. The car in front of me went in for his car wash, so I waited in line and paid for mine. After the car in front finished I could see the garage door to exit open, but then shut again and washed his car again with the car wash I paid for. Then I noticed the garage door to exit open and close again. I got out of the line and asked the guy who got his car washed if it washed his car twice and he said it wouldn't let him out. It kept opening and closing on him. So I just spent $14 for the guy to get his car washed a second time. I drove all around the building and there is no phone number to call. I even tried looking up the phone number and there is no phone number listed on Google for this site, or the o
