I had my car towed to Tim's through a recommendation from State- Farm (they were an in-network shop). This was end of November. The original completion date was Dec 23rd. After calling once a week after that date, I kept being told "we are waiting for parts". or "well the car needs a part that we didn't see before, so it has to be ordered", or "parts are being delayed". After around 2 months of that, I finally got the truth- they hadn't even started on my car. I had to file a grievance with State Farm and threaten to pull my car out of their shop before they finally started it. I got my car back 2/6, and so far it has no issues, but I will update in a few months. I'm so unhappy with the service and lack of communication. I would never recommend this place.

My review is not about the repair shop but about their drivers on the road. This is the second time I have been tailgated for miles on 191 by their little white car with their name on it. And I was doing the speed limit. He finally passed me on the double yellow doing at least 60. I think I know how they get their accident repair business. Any business that allows their drivers to be that dangerous and disrespectful will not ever be getting my business.

I had my car repaired a few months ago. Looks like new! They even filled in any spots I had on my hood and I had a weird stain going on by the gas tank that they also fixed for me. They told me 3-4 days and the car was ready for pick up on the start of day 3. Great work!

A few weeks ago, I hit a deer causing some damage and brought my car to Tim’s Auto Body. I couldn’t be more impressed with the results. They repaired everything beautifully – it honestly looks like new again! Mark and his team were professional, friendly, and kept me updated throughout the process. I’m grateful for their hard work and highly recommend Tim’s Auto Body to anyone in need of quality repairs. Thank you for making a stressful situation so much easier!

I am extremely disappointed in the lack of care they chose to take with our issue. Originally dropped my car off to receive an estimate to fix it, but they started their disappointment off right from the start, by not reaching out to me to discuss the repairs they’d be performing they just decided to start doing work on the car. I was bringing it in for an estimate to send to the insurance company and instead I was made to allow them to do the work on my car without any prior discussion. We brought it in after being rear ended to have the driver side bumper fixed. Upon getting my car back I went to the gas station and when I went to start it again the car had issues starting, and we saw they had left my trunk open. After further inspection, all back lights including break lights stayed on
