Paragon Honda customer service was great! We recently bought a late model car here and were very impressed by the service and the car’s condition. They did not tack on any unnecessary fees like most other dealers and they were fast and courteous throughout the process. Monica handled most of the purchase and we were very pleased! They initially told me the inspection would only take two hours? But a week passed and they still hadn't given me any results, not even a phone call! When I finally went to pick up my car, they hadn't done any repairs or inspections. I had to drive it home, parked it in the parking lot, and the battery died so I had to force it to start! I'm furious; this shop has absolutely no service quality whatsoever.

I brought my leased car in for routine maintenance and waited about 2.5 hours. After that long wait, Ernesto approached me and told me one of my tires had a bubble and needed to be replaced along with a wheel alignment. My question is why this wasn’t addressed earlier while the car was already being serviced. I explained that I was in a rush to get to work and would bring the car back within a few days since my lease includes a rim and tire warranty. Ernesto firmly told me I do NOT have tire coverage and that I would have to pay out of pocket. I told him I was sure I did because it’s part of my lease agreement with Honda, but he made this statement without even checking my account or verifying it on the computer. He then said if I wanted him to check, I would have to wait even longer. Af
