I have gone to Park Ave Auto exclusively for the last few repairs on my car and I don't plan on going anywhere else as long as I live in the area. Not only are they detailed and experienced in diagnostic and repair, they are truly customer service-centric and it shows in every interaction I've had with any of their employees. The level of integrity in their service is near non-existent in 2026. I'm truly a loyal customer and it's a relief to be able to trust in a business to treat my family well. Absolutely love this place. The people there are absolutely amazing. They always do a fantastic job. I've had things from oil changes to tires and AC repair. Fair pricing and when they have the availability , the work is done in a more than reasonable time frame. Update: Absolutely love this shop. They have always done impeccable work. Made an appointment and dropped my car off. My car was ready on time and running 10000000000X better than when I dropped it off! Always a happy customer.

My girl has been using this company for service on her vehicle for some time. After being told by the dealership my vehicle needed differential oils changed I gave this company a call. I had a price from the dealership for the work and as usual they were extremely expensive. I dropped off my truck at Cranston Auto Ignition and shortly after got a call from the owner. He stated that both oils looked great, and he could not see charging for work that was not needed. Honestly, I was blown away. He could have gone ahead with the work and let’s face it I would never know the difference. It is so refreshing to see an honest business in today’s environment.
