I had some knocking on my front end and Jamie had me in the next morning at 8 am within a minute he found the issue and got the parts and was done within several hours. I didn’t miss any work because of his knowledge and promptness. Priced right and friendly! Highly recommend this mechanic! Will be going back again!

I stopped to get some lunch in The Dalles at Big Jim's, my truck would not start when I went to leave. Called AAA they tried to jump it, nothing. Jamie from Parke Auto Repair dropped everything he was doing came over and tried to jump with his truck, would not jump he tested the battery, ordered one and installed it all in under an hour. This is customer service that does not exist anywhere anymore. Thank you so much for showing everyone what gold star customer service is.

Scheduled me 3 times, didn’t show up twice and when he did, didn't even touch my car when i dropped it off. No sense of urgency or care.
