OK, do you want the good news or the bad news first? Overall, this place was great. I knew nothing about it, but chose it off of their Google reviews and here we are! The good: JUSTIN was great helping me choose the right lift kit while also changing my busted suspension on my 11’ F150. I did not feel like I was being worked over into spending more. He actually listened and worked with me to choose the right lift kit for my needs while fixing my old suspension at the same time. KATRINA was always friendly on the phone and readily offered information when I called every time. Also, they support their military community with a 5% discount! The bad: Overall truck time at shop 11/28-12/10 pick up at 7pm 12/10 It was when we got our first snow 2-5in and “parts were delayed.” Friendly staff

Absolute Superior Service. I came in for a quote they Ubered me home, got me the quote and Ubered me back to get my 2021 Jeep Gladiator. Quote was a little higher than expected but the quality and service was definitely worth it!! Clean and efficient install of my awesome new lights. Highly recommend

I recently had a radiator leak on my 2019 jeep SRT and I have an extended warranty through MOPAR. The several dealerships I tried wouldn't even diagnose the problem for 3-4 weeks just to diagnose then more time to get the parts needed and to perform the work. I found that unacceptable so I found Parker 4x4 and they got great ratings so I took my jeep to them and they could get the work done that day. They reached out to the warranty and they declined the reimbursement and said that the work needed to be performed by a MOPAR. I elected to have Parker 4x4 do the work even though my extended warranty would not pay for it. Parker 4x4 did a great job on my jeep and completed the repair that day.
