Parker Wrecker Service

The owner of this company is extremely rude and disrespectful. I attempted to cancel the tow from this company. Even after attempting to cancel this tow the owner called and demanded I pay them or they were going to tow the car anyways after having tried canceling them. This company is a con and at this point I am having to contact the police department on this company not being close by to make sure they haven’t stolen my vehicle. I have over 12 years in the towing industry and this is the most corrupt towing company I’ve ever seen. This review will also be posted on Tow Talk and every other tow page I am a member of cause us legitimate tow operators do not put up with theft or corruption like this.

They came and straightened up my load with no cost I would recommend them to any one and everyone very friendly and very helpful.

Sunday July 6th around 6pm I had a nl9w out on interstate 24, right before the Epps Mills Rd exit. I googled "24 hour tire change service ". Quite a few places popped up but I picked this one and was glad I did. The gentleman showed up in 15 minutes and got me and my family back on the road. Even though it was a holiday weekend Parker Wrecker Service did not disappoint!! The service was great! Thank you!!!

My husband and I were driving from Chicago to Florida and got stranded on the highway at 230am. Our insurance company was going nowhere and Parker was able to help us almost immediately. Max the driver was unbelievably helpful and recommended the BEST auto repair shop, Thompson Auto Repair. It was a quick fix and Timmy was able to help us get back on the road. I am so grateful for the assistance each of these people provided, THANK YOU!!!

I was on a trip and my Tesla unexpectedly died earlier than expected .5 mile away from the super charge station. The older gentleman was SOOOO patient and gracious with getting my car picked up and dropped off the correct way so I could get a charge and head back on the road. He completely went out his way to make sure we were safe and able to operate the vehicle before leaving us. I recommend his service alone 10 times to anyone that is thinking about tow service in the Tennessee area. 6 out of 5 stars for his service and attentiveness to make sure you are safe and satisfied. Thank you again !!
