I had an experience where I thought I was dealing with a coolant leak which prompted my visit to Parker's. The customer service at Parker's was truly fantastic. The shop was spotless, and the staff were wonderful. They gave me a comprehensive walk-through of the services they performed and shared helpful suggestions for future care. I was really impressed that they could check my truck on the same day—that was such a relief. It's also great to see they're creating a comfortable waiting area for customers. I definitely plan to return!

First time customer, great experience. Scheduling an appointment was easy and friendly staff on the phone and in person. The service and pricing are also very transparent and everything is documented digitally. Really appreciate the modern technology. Have already recommended them to friends! Also, complementary car wash is a great perk after an oil change and tire rotation!!

Needed an alignment & found this hidden gem repair shop tucked away on Gallivan Blvd. Staff was professional, courteous & accommodating. Facilities were clean, prices were reasonable and I would definitely go there again. The car wash after work was complete was an appreciated extra! Highly recommend.

Excellent friendly service at an honest and surprisingly fair price. I have my Lexus back and it's working flawlessly. I am very happy with Parker's Auto Service and they are now my go to. I highly recommend them, especially if you are need out of warranty maintenance or repairs. They'll let you know what, if anything, needs to be repaired immediately and what may be needed in the future based on mechanical and a visual (video) inspection they make available b4 they start work. They exhibit a wealth of knowledge about the good and bad for the year and make of my car which they freely shared. I have been a repeat customer at Parker Auto, and recently brought in my 2015 x4 for an oil change, tire repair, interior/exterior detail, and an overall ~90k mile check-up. Bobby, James, and Casey were incredibly helpful and responsive as always; I appreciate the time and hassle-free approach that they take to explain their recommendations, as well as the written list of estimate options that they provide. The work was done in a timely manner, and at a totally reasonable cost. In regards to the interior/exterior detail, Mark really went above and beyond - it is completely cliche to say, but it really does look better than when I first purchased it from Herb Chambers BMW all spiffed up back in 2019. Even the engine bay is sparkling. Thanks as always to Parker and I will be back again.
