Can’t say enough good things about this place. The staff is knowledgeable and overly generous with their advice. My Ducati was stolen and trashed, I bought it back from insurance company and decided to repaint myself. They mixed the correct color in spray cans and following their advice ( and YouTube ) I saved $1000 and looks amazing. The staff makes the the place for sure Posting before and after pics.

I am writing to express my concern regarding an issue with a missing product and the customer service I received at your Remount Road location. Over a month ago, I visited your store to purchase paint for one of our work trucks. A very helpful associate assisted me and provided all the items I needed for the project. Unfortunately, when I arrived home later that Saturday, I discovered that the primer was missing from the box. Because the store had already closed for the day, I called on the following Monday and spoke with the same associate. She apologized and assured me that she would put my name in a book so that I could pick up the primer during my next visit. I recently moved and needed supplies for a side project. Found this place online and was treated extremely well, and they knew exactly what I was looking for, and the prices were very fair. I will be returning ty.

Went up there to get another can mixed with a paint color they got as close as they could for my old truck im just trying to clean up. Dude didnt even try to look it up and see if they still had it the code, was zero help just wanted to look at his phone and for me to go away. If dude would have asked I would have said I'm not looking for perfection. Ended up getting a color at Lowes that is almost an exact match so thanks Parks, you saved me 40 bucks since your cans were crazy expensive the first time.

Helped me source a bumper cover for my ‘14 Camry. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful, with good prices. They even referred me to their parts supplier to help me find a better deal! Still ended up buying from Park’s though.
