I could fill a book on my 5 days worth of interactions and details but just trust the 1 star reviews as legit and this quick synopsis. Disorganized, inept, and apethetic. It was just sad and the people representing their organization that I interacted with lacked any sense of professionalism. I practically begged them to take my money because they had such a large inventory that I wanted to explore, but the clown who served me sealed the deal on just how bad of an experience he could provide a customer. In short, I drove 4 hours round-trip at his request to come look at a whole lotta nothing and zero effort was made to get me info on inventory that was listed online without some basic information: like any pictures or whether it has a tow package for example. This place was worse than a nightmare! The customer service was horrible and it took them almost 3 weeks to fix an issue that had already been diagnosed. 1- I sent my vehicle in with a brand new battery, which they said was not working and wouldn't hold a charge, and they had to have a working battery to fo their diagnosis, which btw they charged me $170 for. So, they said they would sell me a battery for $570. I went to AutoZone where I purchased the new battery that was in the vehicle when it left my house, and bought a second battery, the battery they needed for $260. AutoZone also said they would give me money back for the first one. 2- Then they said they couldn't fix my vehicle without two key fobs, and since I only had one, which btw, when I bought the car it only had one...Anyw

My husband was very upset with dealing with the car sales man.... He came in and already told them what was going on and they just kept giving him the run around....
