This is a wonderful place to take your VW. He has been here for decades. I bought a car from him in 2019 that is still running. I trust him! This is an awesome local shop! NOT A LUXURY IMPORT PLACE! If you want knowledge, good repairs, and a friend. This is a place to start!!

Brought 2 different VW 2002 1.9 Diesel & 2005 2.0 both were repaired quick and for a good price. Got both cars running well again. would recommend.

i bought a car from the “son” of the owner (to my understanding) Picked the car up w my kids in the car, I noticed that things they claimed work didn’t at the time but the insured me mechanically it was fine. the car never made it home, they have mentioned fixing it and giving my money back but stop replying every time. Even blocked my number and I had to have my boyfriend reach out to them (: Only horrible human being would do something like this so far have out almost a grand in the car and it still doesn’t run I will edit this later with a reliable mechanic place.

Aaron and his team are patient and knowledgeable. I brought my VW to Parks after experiencing idling issues. They listened closely to me, asked careful questions, and inspected my vehicle closely. They found the issue, as well as an unrelated issue that clearly would have sidelined me, and they were able to get me back on the road shortly after. Prices were very reasonable and overall communication was excellent. I give them my full recommendation.

Save yourself the trouble and go to the VW dealer, they will charge less anyway. They charged me $180 for a diagnostic that ended up being wrong. They didn't even pull the intake to check behind the engine where it was leaking oil. Instead gave me a quote for $1800 to do all kinds of unnecessary work. Claimed bolts were missing because the cosmetic engine cover was removed. The older guy was a condescending jerk the entire time despite not being very knowledgeable. Very unprofessional, rude and dirty.
