Customer Reviews
Craig and Grayson were great. Was able to test drive the car i bought today without any kind of pressure to buy. They let me check it out and drive it for as long as i needed. Great friendly staff.
Dealership was responsive and polite, however the vehicle purchased in February 2023 had tires from 2009 which is way past the recommended life of 5-6 years for tires. I purchased from out of town (5 hour drive) and was not informed of this. For that reason, I cannot recommend the dealer.
We drove from North Carolina to check out a BMW convertible. The nice salesman allowed us to take the car to a certified BMW dealer to inspect the car. The car had multiple suspension issues making the car unsafe to drive for more than 30 to 45 miles and even with that it was not recommended. When we returned to the dealer with the results from the reputable BMW dealership inspection, they refused to drop the price in order to fix the items stating they could get it fixed for half the price. We were already told that the right wheel had been welded unprofessionally. We only wanted a reputable BMW dealer to fix the car and the price to be adjusted in accordance with the estimate we were given. They refused to do that. Our feeling is that they are going to continue to try to sell this car ev

Avoid this place at all costs. At best, they lie while failing to perform due diligence on the vehicles they sell. All the while claiming to be "a good Christian organization". At worst, they intentionally mask issues with bandaid fixes to dump problem vehicles with no recourse for the buyer. Purchased a 2012 Volkswagen here approximately September of this year. After a $3500 repair bill to my mechanic and over 30 days in the shop, I now have a serviceable vehicle. The check engine light was on during the initial test drive and the sales guy informed me that they had "had it looked at" and that it was a misfire that had been fixed by replacing the coil packs and plugs. It felt, to me, to run great. Purchased it and set to work on what I was told must be a "computer issue". I found they h
