People were nice; here ends the nice things to say. Took vehicle in for an oil change and inspection, left with a $9,000 bill. Took the same vehicle to an independent mechanic for an inspection, they found all the same issues save one and total quote was $1,550. If you are made of money then enjoy your visit. This was one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had. My grandparents used to take their diesel and truck repairs to Parkway Ford North, so I decided to give them a try. My truck sat there for almost two weeks because of a “no start” issue. On the first day, I called for a timeline and was told I was sixth in line because emergency vehicles had priority. All I needed was the OBD-2 port reader to run on it for Ford-specific codes. A couple of days later, I called again and was told I was still sixth in line because they were still working on home vehicles from the end of 2025. I kept calling for updates, but they never came.
