Parkway towed my motorcycle. Professional and knowledgable. Bunch of great guys

The worst . I was told 45 min to an hour but it was actually 5 hours. I was told a price and I paid that price and even electronically signed the invoice and 2 hours into my waiting they called me back looking for $50 more or else they couldn't do the job. I was told they only charged me for 1 mile not 8 even though the person answering the phone asked me the pick up and drop off locations and then said he was going to see what that would cost. Then when they finally did show up I asked them to back the vehicle into the spot please as it may need a jump when I pick it up and I would need to be able to reach the battery with jumper wires. I waited at the drop off location for nearly 6 hours on my only day off for them. Save yourself the trouble and call somewhere else.

Excellent. They were very compassionate and helpful when I had my accident. Super considerate. The tow truck driver was super nice, and when I went to the junkyard they were helpful and pleasant. Really great people. Thank you for making a bad day better through your kindness!

My car broke down on me and George at Parkway Towing came to the rescue with a flatbed truck. Loaded and unloaded with care. Great guy recommended by Berto Auto Repair shop in the Hyde Park area. Thank you so much! 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
