Parma Transmission

Parma Transmission takes very good care of my vehicles. The guys are a shining example of what customer service should represent. I recently was concerned about my vehicles' transmission, and they quelled all my concerns about it, identifying the true issue with my vehicle. Parma Transmission rebuilt the vehicle's transmission almost a year ago, to my complete satisfaction. I would definitely recommend Peter and the guys for your transmission needs.

We had previously used another local company for transmissions and decided to look for a new shop when our transmission went this time. We called Parma Transmission since they were close by and had good reviews — and I’m glad we did! The service was excellent from start to finish. Pete is very thorough and professional, which seems like a rarity in this industry! He explained his process well and his communication is top notch. Our only regret is not finding him sooner.
