Parmenter Tire, Auto, & Truck Service - Horseheads

Had my fuel pump fail on my Blazer, used AAA for a tow and they sent over Parmenter’s towing service. AAA estimated a wait time of 75 minutes, but the tow driver called and told me he’d be there in 20 and verified all of my information. Jesse P was doing the tow and was super patient with waiting for me to come out. He safely got my car 37 miles back to my house and my boyfriend also agreed that he provided a great service with the drop off. We will be requesting parmenter for any future towing service (hopefully not with my car). Thanks Jesse and Parmenter for the great service!

Thank you Parmenter Tire, Auto, & Truck Service. I went to Ray B. asking his advice on replacing some factories on a Silverado 3500. His years of experience led me to install some 35's. The price was better than 2 other big box stores. Ordering,scheduling,installation was made easy by a great team. After installation they went over what they did, how to maintain for a longer tire life. The mechanic literally crawled under the truck in the parking lot in the rain to point out things I should do. The team started ahead of schedule,finished quicker than estimated, (and recommended a great diner next door while I waited). Kudoes to Ray B. and the team at Parmenter's HHDs. Buy local. I am very impressed with the service. The driver was very personable and friendly. He loaded my vehicle quickly and had it dropped off less that 20 minutes later. I will use this tow service again and again and also recommend to family and friends. Way to go Jesse for the amazing service!

I am an Uber driver from Pittsburgh and took a rider on a very long trip right on the border of Pa and NY. I needed to charge my EV, which is how I ended up in Horseheads. As soon as I started my long trip home, I realized I had a flat tire. I rent a car through Uber and Hertz and long story, short, was having a very difficult time getting them to maintain the vehicle, namely they literally gave it to me with bald tires. I am a mom of 5 and disabled, so I Uber to support my family. As soon as morning hit, I limped my vehicle to a different tire shop, only to be told that there was no way they could squeeze me in to put on one tire. So the next closest shop was Paramenter.
