I've been a customer of Parry Motors for a couple of years, and I am always impressed and grateful for the excellent service, fair price, and the knowledgeable, super helpful staff. I don't plan to bring my vehicle anywhere else!

I got sold a $1300 repair that didn't fix the problem I came in with. They told me confidently when I first called that I needed new calipers and it would fix the issue. It didn't and after a few weeks of working with them they aren't able to definitively say what the problem is. I believe they are sincere and don't think they were trying to rip me off, but at the end of the day I'm still out a lot of money and my car still has the same big problem I came in with. The office manager was responsive and polite, which is the reason this isn't a one star review.

I have a hunch these guys are the best in Portland! Needed a small fix to pass inspection that every auto body shop was quoting me over $1k to ~maybe~ fix. I walked into Parry’s and they were super kind and had no problem listening to what I was actually looking for (legal, not pretty). 15 minutes, one screw, one zip tie, a fresh inspection sticker, $0. Five stars, chef’s kiss. Thank you for not exploiting me, I will be coming back to support this place and these people.

These folks are the best. Top notch customer support and service, always willing to take extra time to talk through repairs and they do great work. Cannot say enough good things about the Parry Motors team. Thank you for helping me keep my truck on the road!
