I am so happy with my car repair! Parsons Collision did a great job and I was treated with professionalism from the beginning. Communication was great from beginning to end. I could not have asked for a better experience considering I was there because of a car accident. Would highly recommend.

My before pictures don’t do the after pictures justice! I had way more damage than what is shown. I can’t thank Matt Hannahs and all of the staff at Parson’s enough for all that they did! My car looks better than it did BEFORE the damage! It’s like a brand new car! Matt worked tirelessly with my insurance company to ensure EVERY SINGLE THING WAS FIXED THE RIGHT WAY!! I feel they went above and beyond, and pretty quickly, I might add! I couldn’t recommend this business enough! 1000/10!!!

I can’t say enough good things about this auto shop! They’ve helped me twice now after hitting deer, and both times the experience was fantastic. The team kept me updated every step of the way, got parts ordered quickly, and had my car repaired in no time. Their workmanship is excellent, and it’s a huge plus that they’re Honda certified (and likely certified with other makes, too). Highly recommend!! FIVE STAR! After damage to my driver side from a side swipe accident and then the front being backed into a month later, Parsons made my 2020 Escape look like it did the day I drove it off of the lot! Extremely happy with the results and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs body work done. They also fight for their customers and stick up to the insurance companies when they try to pull one over on you.
