I want to say that this dealership from the first time I reached out about a vehicle they were polite and prompt with their responses to any questions I had. I drove just over 2 hours away to look at this. This was for my daughters first vehicle so i wanted to make sure it was overall in good condition. Everything was as described. We did find out it needs brakes and rotors and they were very accommodating to factor this in terms of negotiating a fair price for both parties. No hassle, no games, and very laid back atmosphere. I would absolutely recommend them in the future.

I drove from New York to get a solid gen 2 Tacoma and Smith Motor Sales did not disappoint. They had a bunch of trucks on the lot and I brought home a sweet 10’ Tacoma that would be impossible to find in this condition in salt ridden New York. Priced right and the feeling of Brian and Bryce really wanting me to be happy with my purchase made me have to write this review. Would recommend this place in a heartbeat.

These guys are an absolute blessing!! Great quality vehicles and better than average prices, but the real bragging point about this family run business is how honorable, honest, and willing to go out of their way they are. I made a mistake in calculating the total I needed to bring with tax, title, and tag and was short $160 so they said it’s no problem and wrote it up for what I brought with me. I had questions after I left that I should have asked ahead of time, no problem they answered every call text and question gladly, these young men and their dad were an absolute pleasure to meet and work with and I would refer them to everyone. Even if you have to make an hour or 2 drive to get to them it’s not going to be a waste of time and you’ll be glad you didn’t buy from somewhere else.

Absolutely the best new dealer in Ohio. I just bought a Nissan Titan from them and it's a wonderful vehicles. Super clean runs perfect. Really glad with the price and the purchase and the way I was treated. I think they're going to go far great dealer

edit added from original post......The salesman from Smith Motor Sales reached out and paid for the thermostat and catalytic converter and the labor to put them on so that helps alot with getting the car back on the road and operational. I was not impressed with this dealership in any way. I contacted them about a car I was interested in for my daughter and told them I would be driving about two hours to come and look at the car and they said they would hold it for me till I got there. Upon arrival they informed me that someone was test driving the car and I would have to wait but I would have first chance to buy the car. After test driving the car I looked underneath to find what appeared to be a tent stake hanging from the car. I asked the salesman to look at it to see if he knew what
