Paid $360.00 to fix wiring in driver door so window and heated seat works. Two weeks later driver window gets stuck down or up at times. Called back to inform him , he scheduled me for another appointment. I shouldn’t have to pay more money to fix the same issue . Did not keep the appointment.

Had a thermostat change and now my car idles rough- I am assuming radiator not properly flushed of air. Also somehow, my lugs nut on my tire were loosened? Before I picked my car up the owner mentioned something wrong with my suspension. Prior to bringing my car in I had no issues with wobble-ing etc ,so I’m thinking he thinks it ride roughs or something to point out, to have me return for more repairs. I drive home and immediately notice a wobble for 2 days! The second day,the tire broke off while I was driving. I m ok. But this could have been deadly and cost me more money. I called the owner explaining the situation.. that maybe his mechanic made a mistake or somebody outside his business may have tampered with cars outside.All he did was deflect., deflect, deflect as I was trying to

This is the worst place. He charged me 95$ for diagnosis as he said which he never gave in paper printed as the diagnosis report. He said switch in AC is messed up. told it would cost extra 390$ for the sensor fixing. His labour charge is 210$+ which hardly takes 30 mins.He wrote on a paper for what i paid and said this is how i do it. This is purely a scam . I got it fixed at other place which cost me only 40$ for labour charge. The way he talked to me when i asked for explanation is rude. Never go to him .

My daughter is a student at YSU and was having an issue with her car, being far from home it's hard knowing what businesses you can trust sending your child to! Orlando was incredibly helpful, made my daughter feel comfortable and made sure we both had all of the information we needed to make an informed decision. We will without a doubt be back if another issue occurs!

Was a bit skeptical because they seem a bit pricier than other shops, but boy oh boy are they worth it! These people know what they are talking about and do their best to work with you! They even called to check in on my car a couple days after working on it! Stand up dudes, plus a really cute dog. Will be bringing my European car here for anything it needs done!
