Parts Center - Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Billings

I have always had problems with this dealership, it's like they do not care at all for their customers they give low ball offers on cars and overcharge on parts.Go down the road for a better deal !!!😒

So on the 26th of December came in with our daughter and her husband to talk to someone about a vehicle there vehicle is no good major problems not worth fixing. While we were waiting for thier appointment and old co-worker approached my wife and I we did our hellos and hugs and caught up I knew this was the place to be not because we knew someone it was because they helped my children. My kids recently moved back to Montana from California trying to make things work for the better. We were really impressed how the management to did give up on them worked with didnt pull NO BS with them and to Isaac Kimber you have come along way my friend your heart is hudge man ..... Thank you Lithia for everything
