Parts City Auto Parts - Whitwell Auto Parts

Let me first start with the fact I'm a store manager with a major competitor to Parts city. While on vacation and camping in the area my Jeeps transmission developed a horrible leak and started to slip as they do when you run out of fluid... I tried several gas stations and convenience stores in the valley and could not find the correct fluid for my Jeep. I had no choice but to drive my Jeep slowly to Parts city hoping they had the correct fluid. When I walked in I was pleasantly surprised by the knowledgeable and kind staff. Coming from a major auto parts retailer. It was a breath of fresh air to walk in and be properly greeted and taken care of as a random walk in customer. The attitude of the staff here is what I try and push my own staff to be like at my store. Thank you guys so much!

I try to buy all my parts from you because your my home town shop. Stopped in there yesterday never seen the young parts guy that waited on me. He charged me $25.00 for an oil filter I can purchase anywhere else for 11 or $12 sorry but you’ve lost my business.

These folks rock. Everything you would expect from a small town auto parts store and more. Friendly, incredibly helpful, fair pricing, and they go the distance to find obscure and hard to find parts. Excellent work building quality hydraulic hoses too, and fast.

Our horse trailer bearing sized up, and this man went and opened his store to get us the parts at 8 pm at night! In today's world it's people like him that let you know that their is hope for this world. My family and I cannot thank you enough.

We use Part City all the time and have never had an issue with anything we've purchased and they're extremely fast at getting parts that might be harder to find. Also best prices around the valley and Chattanooga.
