Parts Department at West Coast Toyota

They're very knowledgeable willing to do what you need to have done I just kind of have a problem with the high prices considering nobody's getting no darn raises here in California everything's going up in prices but I am confident they'll have my car running just fine and I guess that will even out as long as I have my ride running for a long time to come So thanks for all the servicemen and the repairman at the Toyota dealer

Do not order from here. You prepay for parts. You call to ask if they are ready and they tell you they are. When you arrive they can’t find them. Don’t waste your time like I just did.

They make a copy of your license while picking parts, you already paid for online!

I always get great customer service from the parts department. Moses is always going above and beyond helping with any questions I have.

Don't try to call parts , they don't seem to answer . 2nd call today - spent 15 min on hold and had to go as my lunch break was almost over and so far for the 2nd call been on hold 21 min . Waiting to see if my parts order arrived . They said call to make sure before you come down .... But they will be closed before someone answers .
