I am very disappointed with my experience at this location. When I arrived, I parked my truck near the entrance and was looking for someone to ask about checking the air pressure in my tires. A white-haired older man approached me and, without allowing me to explain anything, repeatedly shouted, “Move up! Move up!” When I calmly asked how he wanted me to park, he refused to give any clarification and just kept repeating the same words in an aggressive tone. His behavior was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Later, I learned that this individual is the manager. It is honestly concerning that someone in a management position lacks basic communication skills and treats customers with such disrespect. A manager should set the standard for professionalism, not create a hostile

Very quick service, employees were all pleasant. Chris runs a great place. Highly recommend them.

They got the job done , however the person on the phone was pretty rude with the way he spoke to me most likely the owner, and when I went to pay I asked how much he replied “you can change your mind if you want to.” That’s not a way to speak to a customer and why is it a problem to ask how much? I think that was pretty sassy for a grown man, very unprofessional and unnecessary attitude for no reason especially when I was polite the whole time, never gave attitude back or argued back but figured a review would be better. I don’t know if he only spoke this way because I am a girl but I hope he can fix his attitude.

I stopped by because I needed both of my front tires replaced. Chris gave me plenty of options and got my front tires replaced and balanced for a very reasonable price, and it took no more than 15min. I’ll definitely be referring people to this business!
