I just left this shop for an estimate, and listen! They’re very nice and helpful, Brandi had a smile that never left her face! And the guy that was in there with her was sooo understanding and helpful! He listened to me as I explained I just want something done temporarily until I can come up with the rest of the money and he did just that! He put 3 screws to hold my passenger side bumper up to prevent future damage and even though it’s not a full repair I’m very satisfied and happy! I came in with a sagging bumper and left with my bumper reattached! I can’t wait to let them do the full repair in a couple months! They won my trust.

I've had a couple of incidents in the past year that caused damage to my truck. Insurance recommended a national chain give me an estimate first. Then I took it to Pat Bowles. I don't remember the price difference but that's not the point of this review. Nor is it something I prioritize with my vehicles. Maybe Bowles was less, maybe it was more. I don't remember. What I do remember is the attention to detail in repairing it. I know when I call I'll get an answer from someone (Hope, usually) who's friendly and eager to help. Getting an estimate didn't mean I needed an appointment. They took photos and notes and I had my estimate before I walked out the door. Scheduling the repair was easy. And they do great work. Had a fender-bender. Broke the left headlight and got a pretty good dent in the front bumper & scratches on the hood. They took care of it and it looks good as new! Quick turn-around time and all-around nice people. 1st 2 pics show damage & pics 3 &4 show their work. We’ll be back!

I had my bumper replaced at Pat Bowles after it was damaged. This is a small-family business to my estimation, and as a patron, they make you feel like family. They seemed down to earth and honest. Plus, my bumper looks amazing. Kindness and honesty plus good work makes them a business I want to support (but I hope I won't need them) and you should support them too--if you need them.

Took my daughter's truck to Pat Bowles for some repair after being rear ended and a little dent on the front bumper. They did a great job at repairing the vehicle. They completed the work by their recommended timeframe.
