I had an outstanding experience at the Toyota dealership in McKinney. The senior manager, Ozy, was incredibly helpful and professional. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly and made the entire process smooth and pleasant. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for quality service and a great experience!

They are expensive than other toyota dealer on servicing cars . I paid 142 dollers for a service which was done in another dealer within same area for 100 dollars. I would recommend you check other dealers before go service your car there

when the website says parts closes at 7 but they leave at 630 after confirming an in stock order at 5. what is one supposed to when the person on the phone just says “sorry they go home at 630.” weak :(

Nice dealership and they typically have the part I need, however it is somewhat crowded at times. Staff has always been pleasant and helpful.

I take my 4Runner to Pat Lobb for all service and they always do a great job. It’s easy to schedule and I am usually in and out in 30 minutes. During my last service one of the techs cross threaded a bolt that holds the skid plate on. My service advisor, Easy, told me about the issue and offered to provide a loaner car or have someone take me home and pick me up when the issue was fixed. I had a busy schedule that day and needed to get home so they had a driver take me home. They called about an hour later to let me know that my 4Runner was ready. The customer service throughout this experience was excellent!
