Once again [different vehicle] Patrick Collision Center has done an amazing job of returning my BMW X5 to it's original mint condition. Great Job!! The customer service / customer care at Patrick Collision Center is amazing, and the superstar of that team is Anna Lynn.

Dropped off a brand new Range Rover that experienced significant rear-end damage in its early life. The team put me at ease immediately and everything from initial contact to final delivery was top notch. They don't spend a lot of time talking about excellence but they embody it in all they do. Gary was great early on to explain to me the issues with the car and genuine concerns for safety as I was still driving it around. Then Anna took over once repairs started and she was very communicative which I greatly appreciated. She even helped me gain some benefit from the situation by making some trim changes while it was in for repair. The collision center was nothing short of excellent. They were fully transparent from the start explaining that it would take some time to get parts and do the labor. They always had a weekly update on my vehicle that they would either call or text to me which is something I wish other shops would do. If I ever need collision repair I will absolutely want them to be working on my vehicle. Great and friendly staff and management!
