Subject: Unprofessional Conduct at BMW Service I called BMW service with a valid concern, and the representative immediately told me I’d have to pay—without asking a single question. He didn’t confirm if the vehicle was mine, under warranty, leased, or BMW-owned. That’s basic protocol. His tone was dismissive and presumptive, more focused on shutting down the conversation than helping. For a brand that claims to value customer care, this was a failure. I expected clarity, respect, and a willingness to listen—not arrogance and assumptions. Train your staff better. Your customers deserve it.

We had an amazing experience buying our car at this BMW location. The staff members are very profesional and kind. From the service department, to accounting, and the sales person all were reasons to why we had this pleasant memorable experience. Special thanks to Angelo Tramuta and the account managment who helped us get our dream car with the best deal/rating. Higly reccomend this location, moving forward this is the place where we will visit the most. Thank you, best of luck.

Very bad decision to buy car from them they are very dishonest people they sell their website different prices but when you buy the car from them is different tha sales person should remember everything he said when you buy car but they laying to you when you go back and ask them questions they forget everything they say and denied front off your face i pay the price to trust them please be careful when buying car from them
