It was easy to schedule my Ct5 for an oil change and tire rotation. Because it was the first one it was paid for by GM. That was very nice! The staff at Patrick Cadillac took great care of me and kept me updated while my car was being serviced. Including a video by the technician while my car was on the rack. I was in and out quickly. In summary the whole experience was very pleasant!

Due to the age of my Escalade, I had extensive work performed, addressing three leaks, replacing front and rear shocks, and rectifying other issues. Patrick Cadillac demonstrated exceptional service, keeping me informed throughout the process. The staff exhibited friendliness and professionalism. I highly recommend their services for all Cadillac owners requiring repairs.

When to take company car.the waiting room i sat in was cool.

With recently purchasing our first Cadillac from Patrick, I had my first service done. It was a fast and smooth experience! They shuttled me to where I work in the area and had the car fixed in a couple of hours.Then the shuttle picked me up at work to bring me back to pick up my car. It was THE BEST car service experience I have ever had! Thank you Xander for all your help and hospitality for making this a smooth experience!
