Dishonest, deceitful, cunning, scheming…This is the type of customer service you will receive when you go to one of the Patrick car dealerships. I have been a customer of Patrick Jaguar/Land Rover in Naperville, Illinois for twenty years, and I have witness the decline in customer service over the past three years; particularly within the service department. Their main objective is not to offer great quality service. I can deal with the lack of kindness and courtesy. What is most upsetting for me as a customer is being charged and paying for a service that my car did not need; being lied to about that service; mis-diagnosing my car; performing an unauthorized repair and attempting to charge me for it; having the customer sign a quote for repair service then adding miscellaneous fees to the

10/10 would not recommend buying from this dealership. 1/5 stars isn't an exaggeration. I flew to Chicago from New York because they promised a Land Rover with no flaws on the exterior or interior. When I arrived to the dealer it was parked outside and I saw the scratches all along the side. Then, I walked around the car and saw the front bumper was scratched and the third brake light was shattered. They said that they would split the cost of a second key and replacement brake light, so I signed and drove off. Halfway through my 800 mile drive home, the service indicator turned on. It turned out that the car had not had an oil change like they said before I left the dealership. . . whatever. I waited a couple of hours to get an oil change and continued home. Buyer BEWARE!! Patrick sold us a misrepresented “Certified Vehicle” that ended up having Severe Structural Damage, costing us $88,000. Patrick WAS aware of the damage PRIOR to fraudulently selling it to us, as proven by records collected and their own acknowledgment. Patrick Cars refuses to make it right. DO NOT buy a vehicle from any Patrick Dealership!! They are a very dishonest company!

Met Mo when we walked in to look at XC60 vehicles. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and very thorough. It was during the cyberhaak so all the paperwork had to be done by hand. Everyone there was very cordial. I enjoyed working with them.

Bait and switch!!!! We corresponded several times about a specific car, set an appointment to see the vehicle, drove 1 hour to our scheduled 8:15pm appointment… when we arrived, the sales guy said “oh sorry, that car sold this morning.” When we asked why they would bring us all the way there, they said “don’t worry, we have other cars we can show you.” Absolute b.s., low rent, back alley sales tactics. Patrick auto group used to be a classy place… this move was WAY below your reputation.
