First visit to Patrick Mini Service and could not have gone any smoother. Easy to create appointment, prompt assessment and diagnosis, parts order, repair and back on the road in a day. Super efficient loaner process and friendly Service Advisors and Cashiers. What's not to like?

I enjoy going to Patrick Mini for service. You can get designer coffee or tea next door at BMW, look at some luxury cars. The Mini showroom always has a few cool cars to see, and now there is an anniversary timeline history of Mini on the wall to read, quirky and interesting. Brad and the service mechanics are awesome. You are kept updated with videos to see what they're inspecting and the results are explained clearly. They are timely and the car is returned clean and vacuumed! I've always been treated kindly and with respect. I'm on my second Mini Cooper from Patrick Mini and even from sales staff, I was comfortable since the first test drive of my first Mini, ice blue they no longer make. Never felt any pressure, just pleasure and shared Mini appreciation. Thank you all. Coopperheads, L

Patrick Mini is a great place to get your car serviced. Everybody is very nice and they do good work.

Service Advisor Joe listened to me about a windshield chip concern I had and discussed the proper method of fixing it. I also scheduled an exterior detail, but it was changed to a full detail due to Joe telling me it's more bang for your buck. Proper communication on the customer's behalf is what leads to a resort like service experience. Thanks for giving me a loaner and providing a fun and A++++ service experience.

Everyone in the service department are great. Joe, Brad annd John are very informative of the details that need to be addressed. The video inspections are great, I am glad to see a full 360 view of my car and the technician is telling and showing me all items that need attention. I felt comfortable working with all three because they operate as one solid team.
