Patrick Subaru Parts Department

Patrick Subaru is becoming my go-to for ordering parts -- I've ordered twice and always get it quickly with no fuss and lots of communication. My part was backordered for a couple days, and every step of the way I was getting Email updates through their excellent auto reply system. I'll definitely use them again and can recommend them fully.

Parts were shipped very rapidly with the online parts department. Communication was very excellent as I was told almost immediately a part was on backorder so was quickly able to change my order. Thank you!

I gave them five stars because I went on their website I was looking for a part for my 2004 Subaru Forester and it brought it up so I called Patrick Subaru and spoke to the parts department and it was confirmed that it was correct they were very kind and considerate and answer all my questions and concerns. I would definitely and I will definitely order parts from them again plus I want to mention the delivery was really fast I didn't have to wait weeks it was like 3 days the most 3 to 4 days which was great.

I have never dealt with sales and it’s been years since I’ve interacted with the service team, but my experience with the parts team over the last few months has been awesome! I’ve been overhauling my SpecB and have called them probably a dozen times to order parts and placed a handful of online orders. They are extremely helpful and I’ve yet to have any kind of negative interaction with anyone. They’ve been an all around great team. Also, when I order parts online, they always send the items out quickly. Thanks for all your patience and help, parts team!

Customer service communication wonderful. They were in contact immediately when there was a delay and with shipping. I would trust to order from Patrick Subaru Part Department anytime in the future! Thank you so much you made my day!
