Town Fair Tire

I called the night before, was told come on down the next morning to drop rims/wheels off. They were able to get me done right off the back first thing in the morning! Awesome staff, helped me grab all the rims and wheels from the vehicle to bring inside also! Thanks again Peter, you're the man!

Unless you’re looking for negligence, poor customer service, and a serious safety risk, do not go here. I spent over $1,000 on tires, rims, and a warranty. After they told me the car was ready and safe to drive, I left with my son and headed toward the highway. Almost immediately, the car began making loud noises and shaking. I called the shop and was told to return. They took my keys and came back two minutes later. There is no way they properly inspected anything in that amount of time. I specifically asked if the car was safe, explaining that I was about to drive on the highway with my child. I was repeatedly assured that everything was “good to go.” The employee I dealt with was named Taj. I got back on the highway, and the shaking became significantly worse. I called again — on spe

I had a great experience at Town Fair! I called the day before and spoke with Lucas and was told it was a very busy morning but still encouraged me to bring my car in and said he’d help me out. When I arrived on a packed Saturday morning, he kept his word and took my car personally even though they were fully booked. His customer service was excellent super helpful, friendly, and reassuring. I really appreciate him going out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. Highly recommend!

I was at town fair with a flat tire on a chilly Saturday. Lucas came with help getting my tire fixed and putting me back on the road really quick. His service was awesome, helped me accommodate in his busy schedule understanding the people problem. Great experience, no less than 5 star rating.

Lucas was amazing to work with. Met my budget and was very understanding and knowledgeable. Highly recommend. Big shoutout to the crew of guys & girl that work in the back. Not only are they friendly - I walked in, picked out a tire, purchased tire and had it mounted (with spare put back) all under 30 minutes. Well done guys.
